Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days trial period to return our products. Within these 14 days you have the possibility to register a return via the return procedure. After signing up, you have 14 days to return the products.

The return shipment must comply with the following conditions:

• The articles are in the original packaging
• All price information labels are still on/to the article.
• The articles are undamaged and unused.
• You must pack the return package so that the shipment arrives with us undamaged.
• You must postage the consignment sufficiently.
• All costs and risk of the return shipment are for your account.

You may also return the products. Please contact us first if you wish to arrive.

Return procedure:

You announce your return by email. ( info@gwiholland.nl ) indicating your name and place of residence, the products to be returned and your bank details. Once we have received your return, we will refund the entire purchase amount within 14 days.
